Lead-Integration will play the primary role in analyzing & conceptualizing the customer and product proposition for the Digital partnership and translating that understanding into an end-to-end seamless tech-integrated journey. Working in close association with key stakeholders like Data science & Tech, this person would be ultimately responsible for integration, implementation, testing and finally going live with the journey, thereby completing partnership onboarding. Post going live, this person is expected to service this journey as well, by identifying & solving for issues at all stages of the disbursal funnel, thereby ensuring optimized performance for the partnership & direct business impact. Hence, the role requires the incumbent to have a solution-oriented mindset, deep understanding of the digital lending universe & its technology components and ABFL s own tech stack along with best-in-industry processes. A fair bit of relationship management skill is also needed since there is regular engagement with partners.
