Description

We are seeking SALES SCANNER, SALES EXECUTIVE, SALES MANAGER, SALES HEAD to be part of our ADEPT INTERIORS PVT. LTD. and work closely with the interior design and SALES teams.

SALES - SCANNER

  • New Commercial/ School/ institutional building scanning for leads
  • Architect office - catalouges delivery & scanning
  • Corrdination the activities between sales team & client
  • Meeting property dealers and generating leads for office interiors.
  • Making cold calls to schools & corporates for data collection for the sales team.

SALES - EXECUTIVE

  • Generating Sales leads from the architects & interior designers
  • Scanning the Commercial Building for leads
  • Attending Sales meetings for order closure
  • Organizing sales camps & road shows to promote products
  • Order finalisation & negotiation
  • Achievement of sales targets
  • Self-starters with positive attitudes and high levels of motivation. Goal-oriented individuals and adept problem solvers, they work hard to ensure that they exceed objectives and constantly improve their methods.

SALES - MANAGER

  • Generating Sales leads from the architects & interior designers
  • Managing , Training & motivating a team of sales Executives
  • Attending Sales meetings for order closure
  • Handling customer complaints & improve sales process
  • Laisoning with contractors & real estate professionals
  • Presentation of weekly sales reports for sales executives & market activities
  • Setting sales targets & stragtegies for achievement of targets
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Self-starters with positive attitudes and high levels of motivation. Goal-oriented individuals and adept problem solvers, they work hard to ensure that they exceed objectives and constantly improve their methods.

SALES - HEAD

  • Maintaining relastionships with architects , project managers, contractors & interior designers.
  • Managing a team of sales Executives & Managers
  • Setting sales targets & stragtegies for achievement of targets
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
