Job Summary
Role: HR Executive
Experience: 3-4 Yrs.
Location: Kolkata
We are hiring an HR Executive to join our team and who has experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal etc.. He/She must be capable of handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals follow up till the candidate joins.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing of candidates through in-house data base
- Using job portals, referrals
- Handle candidate screening, interview, followups, offer
- Plan and Manage Employee on-boarding
- Plan and Manage Employee Learning & Trainings
- Performance Management
- Operational HR Services including leave management etc.
Job Requirements
- A Graduate Degree, preferably in Computer Science
- Proven experience in a technology company
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Attention to detail
