Associate /senior Associate/ Delivery Lead ( Public Finance ) Job in Acuity Knowledge Partners

Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement 3 -8 years of Public Finance experience Post-graduation in Finance or equivalent qualification (CFA, MBA [Finance], CA or equivalent) Good exposure to Public Finance domain including municipal market, transaction structure and pricing, P3 projects, private activity bonds, portfolio management The candidate should have excellent exposure covering the entire value chain of Public Finance / municipal bond market including prospecting material, mailers / newsletters, pitching & marketing materials, RFP Proposal, Macro economic analysis, research on counties & municipal authorities, confidential information memorandum, municipal issuance volume analysis, bondholder analysis, comparable municipal bond analysis, financial analysis of public authorities, debt tracking model, bond pricing (using DBC platform), bond yield calculation model, refunding model, scenario analysis, rating model, debt sizing & refinancing model Responsibilities Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to engage stakeholders in meaning discussion on the industry outlook and current themes Exposure of managing client engagements and project life cycles Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines Should be able to impart training to junior members in the team Strong fundamentals on core sectors, conversant with latest industry themes conducting analysis and performing quality control check of the outgoing reports/packs Experience in analyzing municipal and local authority landscape and evaluating market dynamics Generating ideas and creating presentations as part of pitch books Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Excel VBA knowledge is an added advantage) Good written and verbal communication skills Expert knowledge on financial databases(Bloomberg, TM3, MuniGuard, DBC, EMMA, Inframation, P3 Bulletin) Valuation of companies by building comprehensive financial models including bond pricing (using DBC platform), refunding model, rating model, debt sizing & refinancing model.
