Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement MBA/ CFA/ CA Relevant experience of 2-4 years in Investment banking division of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy,advisory firm Strong statistical and analytical skills to assess the economic performance/analysis of companies and industries for clients The candidate should have the ability to work independently Excellent written and spoken communication skills Working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, Thomson Research, Factset, Factiva etc. MS Office skills should be good in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word Responsibilities Supporting our clients on preparing pitch books, company profiles, strip profiles, trading comps, precedent transactions comps, valuation models, industry study, company focused discussion documents, studying & analyzing different business & financial models in a particular / various industry Managing delivery & execution of projects including Memos, case studies, newsletters, broker/operational benchmarking, WACC analysis, potential buyer analysis, change of control analysis shareholder / ownership analysis, etc. Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment Conducting analysis & performing quality control check of the outgoing reports/packs Demonstrate strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment
