Job Summary Job Title: Software Development Lead Location: Bengaluru Job Purpose: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your role will involve leading a team of developers, collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems. You will engage with stakeholders, manage the team's performance, and ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of developers, making decisions and ensuring successful delivery. Collaboration: Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions across the organization. Problem-Solving: Provide solutions for both your immediate team and across multiple teams. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions. Team Performance: Manage the team s performance and ensure successful project delivery. Workflow Management: Work on traditional ABAP workflows, flexible workflows, and SAP Build process automation. Required Skills & Experience: Must Have: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Good to Have: Experience with SAP Business Workflow Management Design & Development. Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Hands-on experience with implementing machine learning algorithms (e.g., linear regression, decision trees, clustering). Solid understanding of data munging techniques (e.g., data cleaning, transformation, and normalization). Additional Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 7.5 years in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Education: A minimum of 15 years of full-time education. Location: This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
