Director - Financial Reporting Job in Abc Consultants

Responsibilities:

• Support the analysis and submission of reports to various constituencies (local regulators, SEC, Fed, OCC, etc.) based on requirements such as US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting.
• Manage activities, including key regulatory returns for Liquidity and treasury space covering BCBS, RWA analytics, capital planning etc
• Oversee all areas of financial and management reporting, planning, and analysis
• Provide assistance across entire firm or multiple business lines/areas
• Partner with revenue areas to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and/or control
• Manage and direct individuals within the infrastructure area through relevant direct reporting
• Manage day-to-day high level operational execution and development of the strategic direction of the relevant infrastructure area
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in people management
• Previous supervisory experience
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Ability to work across functional areas
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Demonstrated skills on process automation /digital transformation

Education:

• CA/CPA/CMA/Bachelor s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
