Senior Director - Financial Reporting Job in Apex Fund Services

Key duties and responsibilities Manage key Client relationships in terms of Financial Statements and ensure requests are being met and clients are satisfied with the level of service. Identified enterprise-wide risks, implementing risk mitigation initiatives; strengthened relationship with key decision makers & stakeholders. Proposed financial metrics & market trends to Excom to enable decision-making. As Growth Strategist, providing decision support using Business Intelligence and creating value for stakeholders. Managed capital allocation and budgeting process developed & implemented strategies to ensure financial flexibility ensured optimal utilization. Responsibility to Manage Audit tracker and deliver on time Review of Financial statements of Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Real Estate, Manco etc. in multiple GAAPs, mainly in IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP and Canadian GAAP. Work closely with different Global Heads and executive management to drive collaborative and effective policy development and implementations. Develop and document and institute procedures to make Financial Reporting process more efficient and standardized, saving time and money. Provide ongoing and continuous training, motivation, and development of all team members to maintain high client service standards. New hiring, process training to new staff, people issue, performance management, KPI etc. Involvement of planning in term of resources of Financial Reporting post- acquisition of new business.
