Your responsibilities Penetrating IB, promoting various upgrade, retrofit and value add solutions to the benefit of the customer and ABB. Understanding the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices and preparing sales plans, reviewing them and proposing recovery plan(s) when needed Utilizing Service Database to understand the existing IB, identifying and developing sales opportunities for service products and solutions to penetrate the existing IB/new IBs in the market Generating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios Selling entire service product portfolio to expand ABB footprint in the designated area(s). Communicating contract details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy and managing administrative sales processes Creating added value for the customer and ABB. Ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques Acting as a marketer/salesperson of ABB s service products and solutions during marketing activities (trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings). Translating the needs of customer into relevant ABB Service offerings and solutions. Contributing to risk assessments related to price and quality. Registering required information into the appropriate customer database and complying with health and safety directives Your background Diploma or Engineering in electricals/electronics Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales/service sales Working knowledge in Variable Frequency Drives (Low/Medium Voltage VFDs), motors and generators (LT and HT), Industries and various applications Skills such ad value based selling, good verbal and written communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office are must
