Job Summary



As a Finance Specialist - Accounts Receivable, you will be reporting to Finance Team Lead, where you will provide defined services to the internal customers with best quality in most efficient way, in Global Business Services Business Area in Bangalore, India.

Your responsibilities

  • Doing process Incoming payments (Cheque/ RTGS/NEFT/Wire/ ACH/ Lockbox payments).
  • Performing customer account review and clear.
  • Following-up and resolving unapplied cash by applying it against appropriate AR item.
  • Analyzing open credits and applying it against appropriate open AR item.
  • Preparing MIS for management reviews and performing AR monthly closing activities.
  • Performing general ledger account reconciliation [AR accounts].
  • Establishing and maintaining effective and cooperative working relationships with business controllers.

Your background

  • A bachelor s or master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Order to Cash process [O2C], covering Cash application, reconciliation, collection management, reporting and accounting.
  • Must be flexible working for any shift timings.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP knowledge is huge plus.
