Job Summary

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for project execution
Perform system testing before user testing
Prepare / update user manuals for CRs, system issues and projects
Conduct end user trainings
Ensuring that project related documentation is comprehensive and updated at all times
Perform new developments / system configuration as per the requirement and subsequently test to achieve successful go-live

Qualification :
BE / B. Tech., MBA in Operations (preferable)

Experience Required :

2 to 5 Years
