Job Summary
  • 4+ years of customer success experience from a technology/product organisation (Preferably SAAS).
  • Be the prime contact for the customers post-sales and train them on the product.
  • Build a fantastic relationship with the customers and their stakeholders. Provide a seamless level 1 support for the platform.
  • Identify, establish and monitor metrics to increase the platform adoption and ensure renewals.
  • Collect the customer feedbacks and communicate that to the product and engineering team.
  • Deep dive into usage metrics and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Initiate regular meetings and quarterly reviews with your customers.
  • Document best practices and suggest improvements proactively.
  • Excellent articulation of thoughts, communication and presentation skills.
