Data Analyst Job in ABC Techno Pvt Ltd.

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to extract insights from complex datasets. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data to drive informed business decisions and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

2. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.

3. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

5. Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to derive meaningful insights.

6. Build predictive models and algorithms to forecast trends and outcomes.

7. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through data visualizations, presentations, and reports.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and data science.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

2. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of data manipulation, data mining, and statistical analysis techniques.

3. Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases and extracting data.

4. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.

5. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and machine learning.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Apache Kafka.

2. Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.

3. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

4. Certification in data analytics or related field is a plus.
