• Data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Preparing invoices and maintain the respective files for audit purposes.
• TDS returns filling, GST returns filling, Income tax return filling of individual and company.
• Finalizing the SOA, preparing the profit and loss accounts in balance sheet.
• Manage the Reconciliation process (all types- Bank data’s, creditors etc.)
• Work with sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
• Ensure accurate and timely closure of accounting activities
• Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, and schedules.
• Work with reporting and bookkeeping software e.g. Winman, tally excel.
• Lead the standardization and improvement of accounting processes, policies, procedures, internal controls, and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency of the accounting department.
