• -Minimum 5-7 yrs experience on the same position,
• -Strong Sales Administration skills along with capability for handling a team of 20-25 people.
• Gross Salary / CTC Offered : Upto Rs 25-30 Lakhs PA for deserving candidate

Job Description / KRA-

• To work as an IPC (Independent Profit Centre) by managing the annual budget.
• Conduct market research to identify and prioritize market opportunities.
• Understand clients requirement by handling key account relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with the analyzing, planning and development of organizations objectives and strategic plans for developing business opportunities, achieving growth objectives and reaching financial profitability.
• Ability to develop strategic plans for revenue growth.
• Ability to communicate with customers at all levels both inside and outside of the organization.
• Ability to learn quickly and to project that learning to the business needs.

Requirements Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

• We need a candidate who has experience in industrial products sales & marketing such as injection molding machines, automation, solutions and plastics processing industries etc.
• Candidates must have experience of strong Administrative Skills and experience of handling a team of 25-30 people.
• Candidates should have good communication skills (Negotiation skills), administrative skills, resource management, time management, manpower management, and good exposure to the plastics processing industry.
• Having experience working with Top / Senior Management
• Must have a good code of conduct, team and result-oriented approach.
• Persons having lessor experience would be considered for the Position of HOD - Sales and Marketing.
