Job Description
- Responsible for handling core-banking Projects.
- Responsible for leading the projects and executing project management activities.
- Guiding the team with respect to the project deliverable.
- Ensure project deliverable are met as per contract commitments.
- Tracking the projects as per project plans and project timelines.
- Regular Project status updates to senior management.
- Responsible for resourcing and staffing of the projects.
- Ensuring that the projects are on track and executed as per the plan.
- Participating in meetings/discussions/project steering committee meetings with the bank.
- Tracking critical issues in the projects & taking them to closures.
- Attending Project Governance Calls at regular frequency.
- Keeping track of expenses & revenues in each project.
- Responsible for handling Customer escalation s.
- Account Mining.
- People Management, Portfolio/delivery management and Sales enablement.
- Guiding, Mentoring and Motivation team members to accomplish targeted goals.
- Should be flexible to take up Travels.
Mandatory Skills
Should have steered and implemented core-banking implementation preferably FLEXCUBE
Should have had Customer Management experience in the past
Should have managed teams
Excellent project management and client handling skills
Familiarity with project management tools like MPP Deployment plan for the resource post project completion
Desirable Skills
