Job Summary

Experience: 5+ years

Role Description:

  • Interact with industry analysts to drive further brand recognition and promote our products.
  • Work with our digital marketing team to build and optimize all major review sites for each of our product lines.
  • Develop various initiatives to drive the quantity and quality of reviews on each site, while driving significant marketing qualified leads to our website.
  • Monitor and moderate (as applicable) the various online forums, leveraging assistance from product or support teams.
  • Share forum feedback and insights with the product management and services teams to help drive further improvements in our offering.
  • Engage with customers/prospects in a timely and respectful way to build our credibility.
  • Act as the liaison with Sales to pass on high-intent leads.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience building, moderating, and growing review sites, social media forums, or website discussion forums.
  • Experience in working with industry analysts to promote exposure for company and products.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
