Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical and Professional Requirements:

  • Must have bachelors or equivalent degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience with Human Capital Management products.
  • Should have experience in modules like Employee Central/ Learning Management/ Recruitment/ Onboarding/ Compensation/ Performance & Goal Management /Succession and Planning.
  • Should have experience in mapping SF functionalities to HR processes of client operations in various countries such as US, UK, etc.
  • Exposure in configuration and provision Success Factors modules is must.
  • Should be able to prepare requirements, design and test, documents and solution.
  • Should be able to analyze quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and roll out the upgrade, coordinating with client and SF cloud team.
  • Must be able to design for data conversion, interface and reports requirements in SF, implementations.
  • Payroll Administration-Overview of Payroll Administration module
  • Pay Scale Structure (Pay Scale Type, Pay Scale Area , Pay Scale Group and Pay Scale Level)
  • Frequently used terminologies in SAP HR
  • Info type and Info type Ranges
  • Transaction Codes
  • Table, Feature, Schema & Rules
  • Groupings (Country Grouping, Employee Subgroup Grouping and Personnel Subarea Grouping)
  • Authorizations
  • Key User and End User

SKILLS & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & BEHAVIORS

  • Minimum 3 years experience in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY)
  • Minimum 1 life cycle SAP HCM project implementations
  • Minimum 1 life cycle Success Factor implementation in one of the modules (EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, PM, Compensation, LMS & JAM) and minimum 1 year experience in SF
  • Experience as HR assistant or business partner is highly appreciated
  • Previous experience as lead role or SPOC in the domains
  • Certification in SAP HCM and any of SF module is a plus
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Basic knowledge of German is a plus
  • Entrepreneur / Proactive attitude and capability to work with a minimum guidance
