3Pillar Global is looking for a Senior Software Engineer in Python based applications development. We want competitive candidates who possesses solid experience with technologies like Python Development, No SQL, Web services. The candidate must also demonstrate capabilities for high speed adoption. Candidate should also have experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and data transport formats.

Technical Competencies

    • Minimum 2 to 6 years of relevant experience required
    • Good Python experience with Django or Flask framework
    • Should be able to drive & mentor a team.
    • Has experience of Scalability, Web Services & UI (CSS, HTML, JavaScript Frameworks)
    • Experience on exception handling, correct use of data structures, multi -threaded programming, memory management and application tuning.
    • Practical application of software product development standards and methodologies including Agile.
    • Ability to apply design patterns consistently.
    • Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills are required to effectively engage internal stakeholders and their technical representatives

Roles & Responsibilities

    • Requirement analysis, Coding, design, implementation, testing, problem analysis and resolution, and technical documentation.
    • Shares information on new technology that could be used on projects. Deep knowledge of more than one front end programming language.
    • Manage a complete tool set for streamlined development. Leads quality improvement Conversations. Collaborates with senior mgrs. to communicate project risks to client.
    • Involved in customer-facing work with a proven track record or delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
    • Maintains an open, mutual and respected relationship with clients, stakeholders and team member.
    • Formulate and implementing sound, efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective technical solutions for implementation in enterprise-wide environments is an essential skill.
