Requirements
Build high performing team through training, mentoring and on-the-job delivery. Assist Project Manager in governance of development, design, systems integration and testing activities for multiple projects. Organize, attend and document meeting minutes for various project and team meetings. Coordinate and track action items for follow-up Preparation, updating, and maintenance of various team administrative documents including project/task/time trackers, resource forecasts, issue logs, etc. Mentor team members and monitor their daily performance. Expertise in agile development technologies like SCRUM Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and team members. Organizes and conducts project team meetings. Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring the use of our resources well, following best practices and meeting the company's goals. Carries out discussion with team on functional and nonfunctional requirement specifications of the product to be delivered. Assists and advises on the process improvements needed in the design look and feel of the service to be delivered. Ensures use of the tools and expertise to formulate the most effective strategy for timely delivery. Plans and evaluates the development of various modules as segregated by the developer for the completion of the assigned work. Govern the integration of the modules for the successful completion of the project by coordinating with different streams. Creates capacity within the Company to bring in high standards of design and development. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor degree or combination of relevant education, training, and experience. 2- 4 years coordinating or managing projects in the IT industry. Experience with Web & Mobile projects is an added advantage. Experience working with an agile software development team. Strong proofreading/grammar skills for technical documents. Team player with strong interpersonal skills that values communication, collaboration and coordination. Proven success as a problem-solver, possesses data-driven yet common sense approach to execution. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to learn and utilize new software as required.
