Brief about Product line:

The Product Engineering team at [24]7.ai is building the next-generation platform to deliver intuitive experiences to consumers when they interact with companies via the Web, Mobile, Interactive Voice Response(IVR) or the plain old phone. Our work involves building high-performance, highly-available and reliable products that are deployed in distributed environments to offer services in SaaS modality. As a member of this team, you will share in the challenge and satisfaction of building enterprise-class services with a proven high degree of availability.Additionally, you will gain experience with a variety of cutting-edge technologies including: virtual personal assistants, supervised and unsupervised machine-learning, predictive analytics, speech recognition, natural language understanding, reasoning technologies, automated test frameworks, cloud and mobile computing technologies.

Education & Years of Experience:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree, preferably in ECE or CSE, from a reputed institution,
• 3 to 6 years of Core Telecom Product development experience.

Skill set required and other requirement:

• Must have hands on Experience in Voice over IP technologies. Ex: SIP, RTP, SS7 etc
• Must have worked with products like SBC (), Media/Signaling Gateways, SIP Proxies
• Strong CS fundamentals are a must. (Data structures, Algorithms, OS, Databases)
• Expert C++ programming experience
• Good in multi-threading based concepts, STL & multiple Design pattern
• Very good in Debugging, Good attitude, Analytical skill
• Good to have experience in System design, system calls, System re-architecture
• Technologically savvy with excellent communication abilities is a must.
• Experience in developing high-performance distributed systems is a must.
• Exposure to open source technologies is required.
• Ability to weigh the pros and cons of different designs and select the most optimal one is a must.
• Experience and knowledge of cloud enabled services and applications are a plus.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
• Hands on experience in creating VXML or SCXML applications is a plus
