Close Coordination with Retention teams - To Design and develop Retention Tools Corporate Retention - Business cases closures with Corporate Relationship managers (AES / Key / SME) Working closely with Customer Interaction group to ensure Customer Satisfaction Retention Tools study – Use and effectiveness Implementation of BVP and regular monitoring Promotion of Non – Conventional Modes of payment E-billing Promotion Delight to High ARPU - Alliance partner ( offers) Maintaining Usage Dashboard Maintaining Churn Dashboard
