This requirement is for their cellular operations.APPLICANTS MUST BE AN MBA WORKING IN A TELECOM COMPANY OR AIRLINES OR HOSPITALITY HANDLING LOYALTY PROGRAMS Loyalty programs Launch and closely monitor various Revenue Enhancement Initiatives. Coordination for System Configurations Process roll out with all the operational teams. Close Coordination with Retention teams - To Design and develop Retention Tools Corporate Retention - Business cases closures with Corporate Relationship managers (AES / Key / SME) Working closely with Customer Interaction group to ensure Customer Satisfaction Retention Tools study Use and effectiveness Implementation of BVP and regular monitoring Promotion of Non Conventional Modes of payment E-billing Promotion Delight to High ARPU - Alliance partner ( offers) Maintaining Usage Dashboard Maintaining Churn Dashboard
