Slidesigma is seeking a Product Designer with formal digital design qualifications to assist with business growth and digital product development. The ideal candidate is experienced in the designing and development processes of innovative digital products while simultaneously being able to enhance and extend the product life of existing designs.

Experience

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing models and/or conceptual designs for unique, user-centric digital products
• Driving the entire UX process from user research, understanding the user journey, and validating solutions through user testing, wireframing and prototyping
• Translating client insights and business requirements into conceptual ideas, interaction models, visual design and UI specifications
• Understanding how to approach UI and interaction design and maintaining control of global UX/UI libraries
• Comfortable presenting product design and able to communicate and explain product concepts and vision

Requirements

• Experience in insight-driven design (site analytics, user research)
• Solid understand and passion for detailed interaction and information design
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design rationale
• Experience in solving end-to-end UX problems
• Experience of working with design systems
