Job Summary
Slidesigma is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager skilled in driving social engagement, is comfortable using multiple social platforms at a time, and possesses knowledge of their different functions and audience. The SMM must have a strong understanding of user behavior, executes paid social media strategies, and aligns with trending social norms.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning, implementing and monitoring Slidesigmas social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive sales
- Building and executing social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Developing and executing paid social media processes and translating marketing requirements to actionable social strategies
- Establish new and optimize existing company pages to increase visibility of Slidesigmas social content
- Moderate user-generated content and responses in-line with moderation policies per platform
- Capturing and analyzing social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and executing analysis
Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Excellent command of the English language is a must
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
Minimum qualification requirement
Preferred - Located in New Delhi
Required - Good command over English
