Job Summary
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Analyze competitors' offerings and pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Understand clients' digital marketing objectives and challenges.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the digital marketing space.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop customized proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Ensure that proposed solutions align with client goals and industry best practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell digital marketing services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and proposals.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Share industry insights and best practices with clients and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in digital marketing sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, affiliate marketing, market places etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
