Job Description: JOB SUMMARY: As a Creative Web Developer/Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of our clients and by extension the digital presence of our company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, photographers, designers, and other developers, to create visually stunning and user-friendly websites that align with our brand identity. Your expertise in both web development and design will be essential in bringing our digital strategies to life and delivering outstanding online experiences. RESPONSILITIES: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and translate them into functional and visually appealing websites. Develop innovative and creative website layouts, designs, and user interfaces that enhance the user experience. Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our web development processes. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as a Web Developer, Front-End Developer, or Web Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of visually appealing and functional websites. Proficiency in the following: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Solid understanding of CSS concepts, including the CSS box model, CSS positioning, CSS layout systems, color spaces, SVGs, and the event emitter pattern, (as almost all of the libraries use javascript object syntax to represent logic). GSAP/Framer Motion for page transitions, preloader animations, micro micro interactions, navigation, and scroll-based animations. Three.js (to display animated 3D computer graphics in a web browser using WebGL) React-three-fiber, (a React renderer for Three.js.) React GLSL shaders, physics engines, particle systems, rigging, render engines, keyframe animations, hard and soft surface modeling, lighting principles, UV unwrapping, and procedural material generation. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Excellent attention to detail and optimization and the ability to adhere to project deadlines. PREFFERED QUALIFICATION: Proven experience working with front-end frameworks (preferably React). A brief understanding ofUX/UI design principles and methodologies. Responsive design principles and mobile-first development. semantic HTML for accessibility browsers internal working (for cross-browser compatibility), inbuilt browser APIs, browser dev tools, networking basics. Preferable knowledge of tailwind, SASS or other alternative (preferably tailwind) Ant-design, Material.io, React-native base, Bootstrap, Bulma or other such UI component library BEM structuring (or other such alternative). NICE-TO-HAVES: Knowledge of databases and server-side languages Familiarity with code bundlers, task runners, and package managers, such as Webpack, Gulp, or npm. Familiarity with code writing assistants and tools like chat GPT Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code deployment processes. Proficient in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) / Figma / Blender. Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
