Job Summary

Job Description: As an education support specialist you ll be working with a diverse group of members from the training team, other stakeholder teams within Zscaler and with customers and partners of Zscaler, Inc. You ll be a key member of our customer, partner, outreach initiatives and will be responsible for all support tickets as well as communications with key stakeholders. Operate as part of a Regional and Global Platform Enablement and certification team and contribute to the tier-1 support of the Academy Program Provide critical operations support for Technical Management, Business Development, Training, and Curriculum Development functions. Support the team with handling customer tickets, supporting critical tools, and creating and maintaining key technical educational partnerships for the business. Support the team with the development operations processes as well as maintenance for new customers/partners/academies to drive growth, drive certifications, and contribute to an expanded operation role. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or similar Willingness to challenge the status quo to bring new ideas and innovation to the team. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Good English communication skills (spoken and written) Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Self-starter who can learn quickly and adjust to change as new products and processes are introduced. Independent, autonomous, and highly self-motivated driven to problem solve and provide tactical and strategic solutions as necessary. Ability to operate in a scaling business and operate at velocity. A detail-oriented personality who does not lose sight of the big picture. Independent and self-motivated, capable of working autonomously and collaboratively as required.
