We believe a delightful user experience is a key strategic differentiator and are building the organization with the customer at the center., Our products are designed to deliver a never-seen-before wow user experience and we are looking to hire a seasoned UR/UX Design lead to own and anchor this vision in the organization.

Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delving deep into the consumer mind, generating incisive insights and using those to design phenomenal customer experiences and bringing them to life. You will engage deeply with our customer base, understand their needs and work with internal teams to build products that the customers love.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of our users and their pain points by designing and executing primary and secondary user research programs

• Distill insights and own these to help shape the product experience

• Build storyboards to conceptualize the experience and convey the design

• Create wireframes, visual mock-ups and prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.

• Rapidly iterate to test your designs and design the user experience

• Challenge and push teams to elevate the customer experience at each stage

• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to bring these to life

• Analyze the experience data and tweak it to elevate it further

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience

• Graduate/Post graduate from Tier-1 design school/MBA with an obsession for customer experience

• Experience in leading cross-functional projects involving design & tech teams

• Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies

• Proficiency in design and prototype tools and command of technologies (web, Android, iOS, etc.).

• Prior start-up experience is a plus.
