  • Obtaining the clients information by calling.
  • Verifying the obtained information.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Dealing with clients day to day assigned tasks.
  • Maintaining records and preparing reports for the same.
  • Skills:

  • Clear Communication skills.
  • Attentive Listening for gathering and examining customers information.
  • Providing accurate data on the basis of quick decision.
  • High level of Verbal and Written skills.
  • Patience and soft-spoken on client handling via calls.
  • Minimum qualification requirement

    Preferred - Cold Calling skill with 1+ years experience

    Preferred - Bachelor's or higher education

    Required - Good command over English
