Job Summary
- Test Planning, Test Cases Design, Test Data Setup, Defect Management, Test log, Test results, Test Traceability Matrix and Test Metrics.
- Doing QA activities of client-reported issues and well versed with environmental challenges for these products.
- Client handling during issue resolutions.
- Engage and communicate with senior stakeholders, Escalate critical risks.
- Bring innovation and value adds in line with industry trends and client needs.
- Creative thinking, good problem-solving skills.
- Mentor and provide thought leadership to the team.
- To understand and adopt effective techniques of parallel testing in an Agile product development environment.
- In case of emergency take charge of the situation, drives the team, coordinate with stakeholders.
- Optimize & effectively manage resources and time.
- Identify, track and mitigate risks to the product.
Experience Required :
