Job Description

A Magento 2 Full Stack Developer is a professional with a deep understanding of the Magento 2 e-commerce platform and possesses strong expertise in both front-end and back-end web development. This role is responsible for designing developing and maintaining Magento 2-based e-commerce websites ensuring smooth functionality and creating exceptional user experiences. The Magento 2 Full Stack Developer works closely with the development team project managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality scalable and secure solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Magento 2 Development: Build and customize Magento 2 modules themes and extensions based on project requirements and industry best practices.

2. Front-end Development: Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end designs using HTML CSS JavaScript and other related technologies.

3. Back-end Development: Develop and maintain robust server-side logic databases and APIs using PHP and MySQL integrating with third-party systems and services as needed.

4. Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of Magento 2 websites to ensure fast loading times and efficient code execution.

5. Security: Implement security best practices to safeguard the website from potential threats and vulnerabilities.

6. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing debugging and troubleshooting of the Magento 2 applications to identify and resolve issues.

7. Version Control: Utilize version control systems (e.g. Git) to manage code repositories effectively.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers project managers and other developers to ensure successful project delivery.

9. E-commerce Solutions: Develop a strong understanding of e-commerce principles and leverage this knowledge to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to improve the platform.

10. Upgrades and Maintenance: Keep up-to-date with the latest Magento 2 releases patches and security s and implement them as necessary to maintain a secure and stable platform.

11. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven experience as a Magento 2 Developer with a solid portfolio of Magento 2-based e-commerce projects.

2. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Magento 2 PHP MySQL JavaScript HTML CSS and other web development technologies.

3. Full Stack Skills: Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development capable of handling all aspects of the Magento 2 application.

4. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

6. Team Player: Effective team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce concepts and best practices including payment gateways shipping methods and order management.
