    Roles and Responsibilities
  • Meet monthly target of qualified leads using social media platforms/job sites/cold calling/email campaigns/online networking.
  • Perform research on companies (industry, people, revenue, possible opportunities) as part of lead generation and qualification activities utilizing web research (discoverorg, zoom info) tools.
  • Update prospect database / CRM with conversations, company size, and other pertinent information.
  • Perform timely follow up on email campaigns.
  • Provide reports in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Should be creative enough in the sales pitch to get an appointment with CXOs and decision makers.
  • Should be aggressive, self-driven, goal oriented and have the attitude to meet the targets.
  • Should be well organized for doing timely follow-ups with prospects for appointments.
  • Should be good at overcoming objections/rejections.
  • Should have a good command over verbal and written communication
  • Should be a quick learner to understand the IT Services offered by the company.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Inside Sales/ Business Development.
  • Prior experience is US Sales.
  • Willing to work In US Shift(6.30 PM IST 3.30 AM IST).
  • Experience in IT Services Sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
