Job Summary

Role: Full Time

Must Have Skills:

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience working in User Experience Design, User Research and Usability

  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Must have the ability and attitude to convince clients with rationale.
  • Sales skills: Should have the ability, experience and interest to support the Sales Team in pre-sales pitches, proposals and presentations.
  • Research skills: User Research, Usability Research, Requirement Analysis, Stakeholder Interviews, Competitive Analysis, Persona Development.
  • Design: User Journey Mapping, Information Architecture, UI Design, Interaction Design, Low and High Fidelity Wireframes, Prototyping and Design Systems
  • Leadership skills: To build, scale and manage a strong UX & UI team.
  • Testing: Usability testing, Heuristic Evaluation, familiarity with various user testing tools and methodologies.
  • Most important qualities: Common sense and aesthetics

Job Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in successfully completing UX projects for enterprises, SMEs, Governments and Startups.
  • Provide strategic project guidance, mentoring, troubleshooting, feedback and hands-on participation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct effective UX workshops with key stakeholders, break-down business requirements and user needs to set goals and KPIs.
  • Create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UX/UI designs based on the insights gained from the research and analysis.
  • Lead the research process which includes usability research, user research, task analysis, persona development, requirement analysis and competitive analysis.
  • As per the research, lead the UX team to create the information architecture, interaction design, develop low and high fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes and design systems.
  • Presenting the designs and research findings before the stakeholders.
  • Lead through persuasion and influence, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.


Salary : 15-18 Lakhs
