Job Summary Your Role Oversee payroll process, compliance and admin functions. Review and audit processes to ensure there is zero error and compliance adherence across functions Create dashboard and share it with the functional heads on monthly basis Ensure that record keeping is up to date Resolve employee and manager queries in a timely manner Have continuous improvement process in promoting effectiveness and efficiency across functions Thrive for operational efficiency and make it a culture amongst HR ops team members Help in smooth onboarding process for new joiner into the company Look for opportunities to automation and self service options for employees and managers What We re Looking For Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. The ability to solve problems and handle conflicts. Has worked on HRMS tools, payroll process and HR compliance is a must Good expertise in excel Attention to detail, especially when keeping HR records. The ability to lead and manage a team. A good understanding of HR laws and regulations. The ability to handle a fast-paced and busy work environment. Knowledge of six-sigma / continuous improvement process will be an advantage Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Qualification :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
