Job Description: Dynamics CRM Lead Designer/Developer

As a Dynamics CRM Lead Designer/Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences and driving the success of our Dynamics CRM implementation. You will lead the design team, create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, and ensure that the CRM system aligns with our organizational goals. This role requires a hands-on approach, leading the development track with a team of offshore developers. A proven ability to manage competing pressures and deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and detail in both design and development is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in MS Dynamics Online/365 solution design (functional and technical).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers and solution architects to produce viable technical designs and implement specifications.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, offering consulting expertise to refine and challenge those requirements for effective design solutions.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Requirement Translation: Convert business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
  • Design Standards: Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines, ensuring adherence to best practices in technical, UX, and UI design.
  • Team Oversight: Oversee the design and development team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

Development Leadership

  • System Performance: Maintain and optimize the technical health and stability of the Dynamics 365 system.
  • Feature Development: Lead the implementation of new functionalities, including PCF control changes and C# code development, to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Customization Optimization: Streamline and simplify existing customizations in line with Microsoft s development standards to ensure scalability and maintainability.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide expert-level support for application development, diagnosing and resolving system issues to enhance stability and user experience.
  • Integration Management: Build, extend, and optimize integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and third-party systems for seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Lead Designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics CRM configuration and customization.
  • Experience extending Dynamics CRM Online/365 with plugins, complex workflows, custom APIs, PCF controls, TypeScript, and custom actions.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), data flows, data migration, and data fixes.
  • Strong understanding of automating CRM deployments using Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in the insurance domain is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform technologies, including Power BI, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate.
