Java Devops + Python & Ml - Sr. Developer / Lead Job in Zensar Technologies Ltd.

Note Role requires Java + Python/ML

Hands on, technically experienced Java/ J2EE Developer, with good understanding of Python & Machine Learning fundamentals, including good understanding of Data Engineering/Data Analysis.

Mandatory skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience, should have worked on at least 3+ projects, and proven development responsibilities for developing web applications using Java, J2EE with Java/open source/Spring MVC,
• Java or Spring Annotations and configurations,
• RDBMS like MySQL or Oracle,
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS,
  • Working knowledge of Angular JS (or Angular v2) and above,
• Hands-on experience of Python programming and application development,
  • Common libraries, coding practices, tools, frameworks, integration
  • Data mining, data ingestion, data quality analysis
• Hands on experience of developing, calling, testing, deploying and debugging REST APIs,
• Must have exposure to DevOps concepts and tools like Rally, SVN, Git, Jenkins, etc. and used in project lifecycle
  • Must have good understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Must have understanding and experience of application deployment on Tomcat (or similar) and troubleshooting or monitoring and debugging web applications.
  • Additionally, experience using containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and Linux/cloud environments
• Must have practical knowhow of web application solution and architecture.
• Must understand operations processes maintenance, monitoring, logging, performance tuning, etc.
  • Knowhow of MLOps using specific processes and tools will be essential
• Must be able to communicate well, both written and verbal.
• Must be passionate and fast learner, must be able to independently work and take responsibility,
• Must be willing to learn and explore new technologies continuously,
• Must be able to lead/mentor a small team of associates,

Nice to have skills

• Exposure to or experience using Spring Boot.
• Exposure to or experience using Angular 7 or above.
• Java / Python / ML / Cloud based certifications
• Exposure to more open source technologies or frameworks like Groovy, Log4j, JSON, Django, Flask, etc.
• Willingness to work hard and drive excellence.
• Open to technical research on given areas.
