To fulfill the vision, Zeno is in the process of building India s largest chain of generic medicine retail stores with the aim of providing affordable healthcare to millions. Our first milestone is to open 750 stores by Dec 23.
We believe that generic medicines are the key to changing the way the medical landscape in India works by providing more choice to consumers at costs that are up to 80% lower than those of branded medicines.
Zeno health is founded by IIT Bombay alumni, Zeno Health is already funded by a leading VC firm and has grown to 180 Zeno Health Stores i.e., 156 Zippin franchisee Stores (Mumbai 110 + Pune 34 + Surat 12) and 24 other franchisee Stores in Maharashtra, by Jun 22, with goal to open 750 stores by Dec 23
Responsibilities:
Objective: To assist the founders in pursuit of fulfilling the organization vision 2027(Zeno27 vision)
Key deliverables
- Create and update operating plans and OKR for Leaderships.
- Track progress and goals of KPIs.
- Create and update reporting dashboards to track changes in objectives, initiatives, and strategic plan. Provide clear updates to the CEO and Executive team on progress, blockers and risks associated with Strategic Objectives and ongoing initiatives.
- Develop and implement communication plans to ensure teams are aligned around mission, strategy, and goals. Organize the Founder/CEO s communications to all internal and external stakeholder
- Support the CEO and the executive team to implement specific Founder/CEO driven strategic project, decisions, objectives.
- Maintain and build effective and consistent governance and reporting structures
- Aligning and reviewing the budget to the agreed strategic direction.
- Ensure information flow, and decision-making processes are as effective and efficient as possible. Maintain wholeness and completeness of the strategic decisions.
Job Specification:
- Experience: 2 -4 years in strategic roles worked as CEO office/founder office or Business Analyst in Strategic consulting firm
- Preferred Industry: Startup, Retail operations, Strategic/Management consulting firms
- Qualification: MBA from Tier I college
- Expertise: Experience in setting SMART goals.
