Looking for a highly motivated individual tojoin a small, talented team and lead the development effort. The role requireswho can guide the team, shape the working processes and work closely with thebusiness to achieve the business goals. Key responsibilities will include

Lead, motivate and manage the performanceof theengineering teams members to deliver professional, customer focusedand high performing sites.

Work closely with Quality assurance lead to ensure deliveryof work that meets and exceeds required standards.

Carryout performance management of the teams.

Providesupport, coaching and mentoring of your direct reports to ensure that allobjectives and commitments are fulfilled in line with expectations, agreementsand standards.

Responsible for day to day management ofsoftware development team.

Manage alerts and incidents in productionenvironment and co-ordinate responses and solutions with infrastructure.

Recruit and retain competentresources, carry out career development and administrative tasks for directreports.

Work closely with Head of Engineering toplan the efficient utilization of development resources to deliver productroadmaps.
