Responsibilities:

Theprimary purpose of this position is to manage and maintain the PeopleSoft HCMApplications Systems.

Theposition focuses on PeopleSoft HCM Applications 8.x or 9.x Applications,including Core HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Admin, NA Payroll and TAM modules.

Diagnoseand resolve PeopleSoft related issues to ensure the accuracy of businesssystems. Interact with business system users in this effort.

Participatein development of system test plans and acceptance criteria.

ProvidePeopleSoft Application Managed services by acting as Technical Analyst inPeopleSoft HCM Modules troubleshoot issues and assist in stabilizing theapplications during & post go-live phase.

Clear,effective and pro-active communication with the PM, Team Members and ClientBusiness Users.

Workwith the client business users to identify possible improvements in theCustomized Objects / Process.
