Job Summary

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • 5-7 years of proven working experience in digital marketing focussing on performance marketing in a high growth start up culture
  • Self-starter, high ownership & ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Data driven and great analytical skills who finds out of the box solutions in the function of marketing
  • Someone who is great with people and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty
  • Highly creative to find the right platform, ideas and ways to drive business

Functional Attributes:

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Webmaster and other advanced analytical tools)
  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and technologies - Adwords, Facebook, Linkedin & affiliates.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop state-of-the-art digital marketing strategies for lead generation and customer engagement across platforms with a focus on business impact
  • Performance Marketing includingideation, execution and reportingof performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media with the team
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Identify top channels and running organic experiments to drive growth
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for all company led marketing initiatives
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
