Job Summary
Game Designer
We are looking for passionate game designers who can have prior experience/skills with PC, mobile, and VR games.
If you want to be a part of some blockbuster games and have fun and get paid while you are doing it, we are looking for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design VR games and Mobile games that stand apart from the crowd.
- Design core game mechanics and refine gameplay features.
- Create Game briefs and Pitch Decks for Mobile and VR Games.
- Design games with player engagement, player retention, and monetization.
- Create Game design documents, flow charts for the game.
- Design Game levels and assist Level Designer in the creation of game levels.
- Design easy to use Game controls that make the player dive right into the game.
- Improvise Game Design and UI based on player testing and QA feedback.
- Collaborate with the Art and Dev teams for improving gameplay, game features, and final game output.
- Play Other games for ideas on game design and keep track of the latest game design techniques.
Requirements:
- 1.5 years to 3+ years of experience in game design.
- Game Credits on at least 2 games that are live on the Android/Mobile/Oculus Store.
- Experience in designing Free to Play games and well versed in monetization techniques and game metrics.
- Experience in creating clear and precise Game Design Documents from a single brief.
- Experience with various game genres
- Basic Knowledge of Unity or Unreal.
- Passionate about playing games and making games.
- Be a Team player and able to work single-handedly or as a part of the team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of the latest successful games and game design trends.
