Job Summary The prime responsibilities of this position will be - Interaction with client to resolve issues and to handle client expectations Ensure all SLAs are met on a regular basis Monitor revenue Timely escalation of key issues Managing Multiple Teams Managing Resources for the Teams Responsible for Costs incurred by the teams. Suggest and Monitor Efficiency initiatives in the teams Look after Start Up Projects. Ensure good Team working and multi-functionalityMinimum Requirements

Minimum 5 years exp , currently in a Managerial position (operations) Should have worked on Retail Process Should have handled large team size. Should have strong People Management skills Multi team handling Strong Communication Skills Strong on Processes Independent Working and Prompt Decision Making Interpersonal and Networking skills Ability to Multitask High Energy Levels Prioritising and Organising

B.B.A, MBA/PGDM
