Job Summary The candidate would have following Job responsibilities :Well conversant with Formulating and implementation Manpower planning, Recruitment and Selection.Appraising periodically the ability and performance of individuals, recommend increments, promotions, transfers with view to identify their development and meeting their training needs.Assessing, Organizing, Training and Development Programmes .Determination and Administration of employee compensation, benefit and incentives. Welfare Activities, HR Policy system and implementation systemPossess excellent IR skills with proven abilities of handling unions .Designed and implemented HR policies in alignment with Labour Laws. Participated in collective bargaining and negotiation with Unions and Associations,Minimum Requirements

The candidate should be MBA / PGDBM in Human Resource with an experience of 10 - 15 yrs in General HR role in an automobile / manufacturing / Engineering company.
