Job Description

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to be a part of our content creation team.The graphic designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. Youll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

Types of content may include brand websites, products packaging, product manual, product photos and models, product landing pages, articles, blog posts, digital posters, digital flyers, product description, email content, etc.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, wed like to meet you.

Responsibilities

Identify gaps in our content and recommend new ideas and strategies

Create style guides, standard operating procedures, and other guidelines to use as reference

Join brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas

Coordinate with marketing teams to create catchy designs.

Follow industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics

Review and update published content as needed.

Set and meet Aggressive targets on weekly and monthly basis.

Study design briefs and determine requirements

Schedule projects and define budget constraints

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

Test graphics across various media

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Skills Required

A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

Experience in project management with excellent organizing skills.

Knowledge of Content Management Systems

Decent writing, editing and speaking skills in English

Time-management skills

Ability to work with a team.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proven graphic designing experience

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)

A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Salary:300k 450k P.A Plus Bonus

Weekdays: 9.30 AM 6.00 PM

Saturdays: 10.00 AM 3.00 PM
