We are looking for an energetic, passionate and creative candidate as Social Media executive to join our team. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our brands views creatively. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our brand awareness and increase user engagement. You should be a people person with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Candidate should be a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

Responsibilities:

Make viral content

Conceptualize Video Ads

Dance & making people dance to the reel trends

Create topical posts

Creating events which bring in massive crowds

Managing social media accounts of e-commerce sites

Put down the strategy and plan to build awareness for the brand via social media

Work with the content and creative teams to put plans into action

Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy.

Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.

Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customers digital journey.

Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.

Driving performance marketing via Media Buying.

Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.

Driving business growth by developing innovative ideas and campaigns.

Qualifications:

You should have at least 1 year experience ideally in Digital Marketing, Brand/ Product Management or Ecommerce within Consumer industry.

Experience within Social Media/ Viral Marketing, Growth Hacking, Startup Experience and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.

Impressive communication skills; written and verbal

Analytical and multitasking skills

Basic Knowledge of SEO, Keyword Research,

Should be ready to relocate to Bangalore

Solid and ongoing understanding of appropriate third-party tools, and ability to integrate these tools.

Proficiency in many social media platforms

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word PowerPoint, etc)
