Job Summary Responsibilities: Become an expert in Yext software and the Publisher Network. Provide first-class client support and resolve a wide range of issues. Advocate for clients and ensure their needs are met. Troubleshoot product and publisher issues. Liaise with publishers and communicate work status. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Follow complex processes and understand nuances. Contribute to internal resources and provide product feedback. Manage and prioritize multiple requests. Adhere to ticket management strategies and SLAs. Meet or exceed quarterly targets (QA, CSAT, productivity). Requirements: BA/BS degree or similar education. 0-1 years of experience. Proficiency in Excel and SQL. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Detail-oriented mindset. Outstanding interpersonal skills.
