Responsibilities

• Design and develop an efficient front-end architecture of website, blog, webinars, landing pages, and other technical requirements such as integrating this to Salesforce.
• Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices.
• Report on technical issues, quickly debug and fix problems.
• Design intelligent user interactions and navigation that generate traffic and quality leads.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
• Optimize with trackers and metrics on the website.
• Maintain, expand, and scale our site.
• Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent.
• Should have a good understanding of creating a CMS/Admin panel with the latest technologies.
• Quick thinking, logical solutions to tech problems such as integrations, validations, calculations to be executed with the dev team.
• Has the eye for design, UI/UX.Experience with Multisite and multilingual websites.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• Ensure browser compatibility.

Requirements

• Be efficient with resource usage (e.g., application impact on memory and CPU, caches appropriately respectful of customer s devices, etc.).Basic understanding of graphic design & graphic editing tools, e.g. Adobe Photoshop.
• Proven minimum experience of 6 years working as a full-stack developer.
• Should know or can quickly learn front-end technologies such as React, MongoDB, Angular JS, PHP, mongoDB, golang, JavaScript, Nodejs, HTML5, CSS3, CSS frameworks, and CSS preprocessors.
• Working knowledge of building and integrating APIs.
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of the SEO process.Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
• Experience with responsive and mobile design, and cross-browser development and testing.
• Track record delivering front-end software that is correct, stable, performant, secure, and accessibility compliant.
• Proficient in view layout and rendering technologies (e.g., responsiveness, progressive enhancement, browser/device support).Understands how to optimize the delivery of code and assets (e.g., images, fonts) to a browser or device (e.g. lazy loading assets, using CDNs, caching, compression, etc.).
