Job Summary
Job Responsibilities and Expectation
- Candidate with Hands on experience with basic molecular and protein biology techniques and instrumentation including DNA/RNA manipulations, PCR, Cloning, SDS PAGE, Western blotting, ELISA and related methods. Small scale bacterial expression and purification of recombinant proteins. Proven track record of running successful experiments, preparing data for review, ability to perform basic data analysis and be critical of results obtained during experimentation.
- Preference will be given if any prior experience of M13 PHAGE manipulations and experience of working in ISO Quality Management System or similar environment.
- M.Tech/ M.Sc / B.Tech in any discipline of Life sciences 3-4 years of relevant laboratory work experience.
- Compensation and other perquisites would commensurate with the qualification and experience.
