You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• Installation and configurations on Windchill10.2 11, and 11.1 server
• Work on Data Migration for Transformation and Loading activities
• Good knowledge of Windchill concepts related to Queue management, Workflows, Lifecycle, OIR, Vault configuration, Replica servers, Implementation, Installation, Monitor and Configuration of Windchill system.
• Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
• Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.
• Resolve the tickets on within SLA.
• Escalate issues in a timely fashion to the L3 team to ensure Business visibility.
• Installation of WGM, Creo, Solr, Solid works, Inventor, Auto Cad software tools.
• Worked on Users, Group, Product, and Library creation in windchill Based on business requirements.
• Configuration of Vaults, User access management.
• Access to DB for Back end modification.
• Providing software tool licenses to the end-users.
• Deploying the builds and patches on the production server and testing the same on Test/ Dev servers before deploying to Production Environment.
• Managing entire administrative tasks in Windchill PLM.
• Good communication & problem-solving skills.
• Quick Learner and ability to jump into an existing code base and understand the code quickly and make enhancements as business demands change.
• Experience working with Onsite Team.
